Winnie Mo Rielly
Solo at MEP Paris
Melding photography and sculpture, Rielly starts with self portraiture and expands through material.
Themes of body and domesticity become bone and threshold. Skin held tightly against its frame, squeezing through a half opened door, trying not to make the hinges squeak. In the works, multiple parts ask for equal amounts of attention before all coming together.
Winnie Mo Rielly’s first institutional solo show is on at MEP Paris through July 12.
